Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Exclusivity & Limited Drops

Every product available on BOOHUMUREDUX is part of a strictly limited drop. To maintain exclusivity, we operate under a strict "no restocks" policy. Once a drop is sold out, it is typically gone forever. Please ensure your shipping details are verified immediately to avoid processing delays that could result in cancellation.

2. Processing Times

Standard order processing takes between 2 to 4 business days. During peak drop periods or high-volume seasonal events, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we carefully verify, package, and prepare your items. You will receive an email notification containing your shipping carrier details and active tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Delivery Timelines & Logistics Partners

We ship nationwide across India and select international destinations. All orders are fulfilled through reliable express logistics partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DHL, and FedEx. Estimated transit timelines (excluding processing times) are as follows:

  • Domestic Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
  • International Destinations: 8 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, volume, and destination address. We offer Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders over ₹5,000.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs clearances, local import duties, and VAT applied by the destination country's authorities. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery. BOOHUMUREDUX has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a shipment is handed over to the courier, responsibility is shared with the logistics provider. If your tracking page shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier immediately and alert us at support@boohumuredux.com within 48 hours. For items damaged in transit, please submit photographs of the external packaging and the product damage within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
